Christ Presbyterian Church Team in Marks, MS

Christ Presbyterian Church in Oxford organized a "Run Your Race" Olympic theme camp for our kids last week in Marks. They taught from Hebrews 12:1-2, reminding us to "throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles," and to "run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." The kids practiced this concept and at the end of the week during the closing ceremony, they recited the verse they had been working to memorize and were given medals.

It was an incredible experience, and 18 kids expressed their desire to give their lives to Christ. We are so grateful for the life change happening in our kids as well as this special group of volunteers that did so much to make this camp happen!
