Pinelake Church Summer Trip to Lesotho 2024

We loved having the Pinelake Starkville team in Lesotho! They, along with our summer interns, hosted a fun week of VBS with our elementary-age kids.⁣
⁣
Our VBS theme was “Breaker Rock Beach” where we learned that God’s truth is the solid rock we can stand on! We looked at what the world says is true and what God tells us is true. Our kids loved learning new songs, doing crafts and playing games! They learned to play dodgeball, four corners and we played their favorite game- musical chairs!⁣

On the last day of camp, 11 of our students made decisions to follow Jesus! Several said they struggle with stealing and lying and they want to stop but know they need Jesus in their hearts to help them. Some have been ready for a long time and decided to put a stake in the ground this past week! We are praising God for what he is doing in their lives!⁣
